When is payment needed?
Deposit or Payment is NOT required up front due to the possibility of bad weather. Payment is due by Cash or Check on the day of delivery, or by Credit Card the day before delivery.
Do you deliver?
Of course we deliver! We deliver all of our equipment which allows for you to move on worry free. We know you have a lot to take care of. Our delivery fee starts at $30.00.
What do I need to do?
Just be ready for fun. We just need enough room to set up your moonwalk and a place to plug in the blower. We bring the extension cords but you should be within 100 feet of a receptacle.
Is the moonwalk clean?
You bet it is clean. We clean and sanitize our equipment after each and every rental. And don’t be suprised if we break out the vacuum.
What kind of power is required?
Our moonwalks plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. The moonwalk should be no further than 100 feet from that outlet. If you would like to set up a moonwalk at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 100 feet, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.
How much room will I need?
You should have an area about 18 ft x 18 ft with a vertical clearance of about 17 ft. When you call to reserve your moonwalk from Jump Around, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular shape you will be renting.
How do I reserve my moonwalk?
What if I have to cancel?
No Problem. Just give us a call, there is no cancellation fee. However, we would appreciate as much notice as possible so we have a chance to rent your moonwalk to someone else. Check with us for our cancellation policy and rain policy.
